Park Street Global

Building the cross-border framework
for private credit.

Park Street Global operates at the intersection of contracted cash flows and the global capital markets.

Our story

Why Park Street Global exists.

Park Street Global was formed around a simple observation: strong contracted cash flows in country A and large pools of global institutional capital in country B do not always meet efficiently. The credit may be sound and the capital may be available, yet geography, structure, tax, governance, documentation, and distribution generally keep the two apart.

We set out to build a better connection between them.

The firm began with the idea that large pools of contracted cash flows in the U.S. and large pools of global institutional capital should have an efficient way to connect with one another at scale, repeatedly and tax-efficiently. The same opportunity exists across multiple asset classes, including net lease, energy, private credit, data center infrastructure, and now AI compute. Different assets create different underwriting guidelines, but the underlying challenge is consistent: how to take private, contracted credit and make it accessible to institutional capital globally.

That work led Park Street Global to design a repeatable cross-border framework that can be used across different types of credit rather than approaching every financing as an isolated transaction. The framework establishes the institutional foundation around the credit while allowing each financing to reflect its own borrower, assets, contracts, economics, and capital requirements.

Today, PSG works with asset managers that originate contracted cash flows in multiple jurisdictions and with institutional investors around the globe that allocate to private credit. Our role is to structure the connection between them and make that connection repeatable.

Our approach

The credit changes. The cross-border architecture does not.

Every transaction begins with the underlying payment obligation: who pays, why they pay, how long they are obligated to pay, and what protects the lender if performance falls short.

From there, PSG structures the financing around the transaction and the requirements of institutional capital. Where appropriate, common issuance, governance, administration, and reporting standards can be reused across transactions, sponsors, and portfolios.

This approach allows PSG to work with both individual financing opportunities and established originators capable of producing recurring credit. It also allows institutional investors to see new opportunities through a familiar cross-border framework while retaining full discretion over every investment decision.

What PSG is

A capital markets firm, not a fund.

Park Street Global does not operate a blind pool of capital and does not make investment decisions on behalf of institutions. We source and structure private credit opportunities, build the route to finance them, and work directly with institutional counterparties in global markets. PSG is designed to add another capital channel, not replace a sponsor's existing financing relationships. For institutional investors, it creates access to credit opportunities that may not otherwise reach their market.

The assets and credit remain specific to each transaction. PSG provides the structure and market access that allow those transactions to move.
